Class Policies

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a class at Urban Spools, we require 72 hours notice.  A full refund will be issued or you may request a Class Credit to be used toward another class we offer.  If a cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to the class, no refund or Class Credit will be issued.  This allows the teachers at Urban Spools to be fully prepared for the correct number of students and to allow for time to fill the slot in classes that often have a waiting list.

We love how by choosing solid fabrics we can use this quilt year round. During this three week class series we will learn how to read a quilt pattern, prep our fabric for this quilt top, use a rotary cuter along with our specialty ruler, sew angled pieces together, sew strips together, square up our quilt top, prep our backing, and prep our binding. You will go home with a completed quilt top ready to be handed over to a quilter. Hand it over quick though so you can bundle up under it when the weather gets cooler!
