Embroidery Services
Urban Spools offers on-site machine embroidery services to help you add a special touch to your projects and gifts!
Our Embroidery Team takes pride in helping you transform your projects and gifts into a unique piece. We use the Baby Lock Valiant for machine embroidery services. Embroidery services cost $3 per 1,000 stitches plus a $10 hooping fee.
When you drop off your job, you will have options to select a font and thread color along with size and location specifications.
In general, it takes approximately 1 week for embroidery jobs to be completed. Upon drop off, our Team will be able to give a more accurate turnaround time based on our current queue. If you have an urgent need, we do have a rush service for an additional fee.

Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.
Phase 1: Temp Location starting June 1, 2024

We are now open for business in our temporary home approximately 1 mile from Mr Sewing Machine in West Dallas at 2936 Reward Lane. Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.
Phase 2: NEW Location for 2025

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you. We will keep you all informed with dates and details on our website, social media, and at our temp location so stay tuned!
