Form Instructions
Before submitting your quilt, we need some information from you. There are two parts to this form.
- Part 1. Provide basic information on how to contact you and about your quilt top.
You will be directed to the second part after clicking 'Submit'. - Part 2. Select options for quilting design and thread color.
Machine Quilting Service Pricing
Our Longarm Team uses the Baby Lock Regalia with ProStitcher on a 12 foot frame to perform computerized edge-to-edge longarm machine quilting.
- The max quilt top width we support is 120".
- Quilting price is based on $.025 per square inch. To determine the square inches of your quilt top, multiply the length x width.
- There is a minimum charge of $60.00.

Quilt Backing Made Easy!
We require both a quilt top and quilt backing for machine quilting services. If you don't already have a quilt backing for your quilt, we suggest using one of our 108" wide quilt backings.

Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.
Phase 1: Temp Location starting June 1, 2024

We are now open for business in our temporary home approximately 1 mile from Mr Sewing Machine in West Dallas at 2936 Reward Lane. Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.
Phase 2: NEW Location for 2025

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you. We will keep you all informed with dates and details on our website, social media, and at our temp location so stay tuned!
