Intro to Quilting Part 3: Binding

Quilt binding is the final step in finishing a quilt. Your quilt border is not only for the utility of hiding your raw edges and locking everything together, but it can also be used to accent specific colors in your quilt!

In this class, you will learn how to square up your quilt, calculate your fabric needs for binding, make your own binding and attach it to the quilt. This will be the final class in the Intro to Quilting series where you will leave with a fully completed quilt to enjoy for many years. We will also cover how to care for your quilt so it will last you for many years to come.
