Afterschool Club: Sewing (Ages 8 - 12)
Join us for Afterschool Club on Tuesdays for sewing! Every month we host 4 sessions of machine sewing fun. These sessions are for the new Sewists that want to gain or expand their skill set with interesting sewing projects all while making new friends that share the same sewing interests. Youth can join us to learn a new way to share their creativity with the world.
In this class Students will learn the parts of a sewing machine, how to wind a bobbin, and how to thread a machine. They will learn key parts of sewing such as sewing straight lines and pivoting corners while making small quick projects in each class.
Projects will be determined by the Teacher. All materials and supplies are included. If you are repeating this course, no worries, we will have all new projects!
You can bring your own sewing machine or use a classroom machine.
Please make note of the dates, there will be no refunds or makeup classes for missed days.
