Zippered Pillows
This class is for a quilted pillow top with a zippered closure in the back. It is surprising how these simple extra steps make your pillow go from comfy to luxury and they are so easy to do! If pillow making for your home decor, a gift or to sell, learn these sewing skills to make it a more professional beautiful pillow.
In this class you will learn how to size the fabric to your pillow form for the best fit, how to quilt the pillow front and add a zipper closure on the back.
You will need a zipper foot for this class.

Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.

We are now open for business in our temporary home approximately 1 mile from Mr Sewing Machine in West Dallas at 2936 Reward Lane. Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.
Phase 2: NEW Location for 2025

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you. We will keep you all informed with dates and details on our website, social media, and at our temp location so stay tuned!
