Quilt Finishing: Hand Quilting and Big Stitch Quilting

In this class, you'll explore two distinct styles of hand quilting: traditional hand quilting, known for its fine, delicate stitches, and big stitch quilting, a contemporary approach that features bold, visible stitching for a modern look.
Whether you're finishing a vintage quilt in a traditional style or adding hand-sewn character to a modern project, hand quilting offers a personal and artistic touch that enhances any quilt.

How to prepare your quilt top, batting, and backing for hand quilting

How to hoop and mark a quilt sandwich

PLEASE NOTE: You must bring a small quilt sandwich at least 20" to 26" to learn on.
