Firefly Tote
The Firefly Tote is perfect for a day trip or work bag with a handy zippered pocket on the front making it super functional!
In this class, we will be creating the larger "Tote" size that finishes at approx. 10.5" wide, 5" deep and 14" tall. This bag features front slip & zip pockets, a drawstring top closure and interior pocket.
This project is offered in a two-part series to ensure you have plenty of time to learn all the skills needed to complete your project. The first class is focused on cutting out the pattern, fabric, and prepping for construction. The second class will be focused on tote construction.
PLEASE NOTE: Many Students will have additional sewing tasks that will need to be completed outside of class. Fabric selection varies.

Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.

We are now open for business in our temporary home approximately 1 mile from Mr Sewing Machine in West Dallas at 2936 Reward Lane. Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.
Phase 2: NEW Location for 2025

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you. We will keep you all informed with dates and details on our website, social media, and at our temp location so stay tuned!
