Stowe Bag Class
The Stowe Bag is an ideal project bag with a main compartment perfect for works-in-progress while the many side pockets are perfect for organizing small tools, patterns & notebooks.
In this class, you will learn how to create the smaller version of the Stowe Bag which will require sewing a straight seam and applying bias binding. You will also learn how to create a double fold bias binding using a binding tool.
If you do not own a sewing machine, we have the Baby Lock Presto II sewing machine available for use.

Cancellations with more than 3 days prior notice may request a full refund. Cancellations received 1 - 3 days before the class will receive credit towards another class. Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.
Phase 1: Temp Location starting June 1, 2024

We are now open for business in our temporary home approximately 1 mile from Mr Sewing Machine in West Dallas at 2936 Reward Lane. Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.
Phase 2: NEW Location for 2025

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you. We will keep you all informed with dates and details on our website, social media, and at our temp location so stay tuned!
