Level 2 Skills: Bodysuits, Metal Zippers, Belt Loop Patch Pockets
With lots of options for customization, this bodysuit will combine skills learned from creating tops and bottoms in one pattern.
In this class, we will be focusing on three garment sewing construction techniques:
- Bodysuit Construction
- Metal zippers
- Belt Loop Patch Pockets
The pattern selected for this class is designed to fit women sizes 0 - 32.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all sewing machines are able to handle heavyweight fabrics! If you do not own a sewing machine or need a stronger machine for this project, we have the Baby Lock Presto II sewing machine available for use.
PLEASE NOTE: Independent work outside of the classroom is a core part of Level 2 classes. If you are unable to complete construction tasks before each session, you will fall behind on hands-on construction. This specific class will have extensive independent construction homework. There are no make-up or refunds on missed sessions.

Shopping time will be provided in the first session for all additional materials that will be needed. We recommend budgeting $100. |

Cancellations with more than 3 days prior notice may request a full refund. Cancellations received 1 - 3 days before the class will receive credit towards another class. Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.

Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you.
