Machine Embroidery Project: Cup of Cheer Advent Quilt
Create a cherished holiday tradition with Kimberbell’s Cup of Cheer Advent Quilt! This 42 x 58” quilt is completed entirely with your embroidery machine.
This is an ongoing project from January 2025 - December 2025. In each session, we will work on a different section of the quilt.
For the first session, you will need to purchase the kit that includes the project CD and embellishment kit for the quilt project.
After the first session, join for as many sessions throughout the year to guide you through each section of the quilt! In each session, all fabrics and stabilizers needed for that month's area of the quilt are included with the session fee.
PLEASE NOTE: This class requires an embroidery machine which:
- has a USB port for file transfers to your machine
- able to support designs up to 5" x 7"
If your embroidery machine does not support either of these requirements, you may request to use one of our machines in class. If you would like to use one of our floor model embroidery machines, please email us at education@urbanspools.com in advance of the class with your request.

Cancellation Policy A Student may cancel a class registration via email (education@urbanspools.com) or by phone at 214-324-5755. Cancellations with more than 3 days prior notice may request a full refund. Cancellations received 1 - 3 days before the class will receive credit towards another class. Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.

We are now open for business in our temporary home approximately 1 mile from Mr Sewing Machine in West Dallas at 2936 Reward Lane. Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.
Phase 2: NEW Location for 2025

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you. We will keep you all informed with dates and details on our website, social media, and at our temp location so stay tuned!
