Summer Camp: Intermediate Sewing Project - The Patchwork Quilt!
Already know your way around a sewing machine? Then this camp is made for you! Join us for a one-week sewing adventure designed for students ages 8–14 who are confident sewing small projects and ready to level up their skills.
In this camp, Students will work over the course of five days to create a patchwork quilt from start to finish - piecing the top, quilting it together, and adding on the binding. By the end of the week, they will have something to really be proud of for many years to come.
All supplies are included - just bring your sewing superpowers and get ready to stitch up something epic!

| Skill Details: | Ages 8 - 14 Student must be confident in winding a bobbin and threading a sewing machine and capable of sewing a straight line with a guide. Student must be comfortable with working on a single project over the span of a week rather than having a project completed in a single class. |

Cancellations with more than 3 days prior notice may request a full refund. Cancellations received 1 - 3 days before the class will receive credit towards another class. Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.
Phase 1: Temp Location starting June 1, 2024

We are now open for business in our temporary home approximately 1 mile from Mr Sewing Machine in West Dallas at 2936 Reward Lane. Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.
Phase 2: NEW Location for 2025

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you. We will keep you all informed with dates and details on our website, social media, and at our temp location so stay tuned!
