Homeschool Sewing Class - Intermediate Sewing
Students dive into multi-session sewing projects that grow with them week by week. Between sessions, they’ll take on “homework” to continue the project at home - with their own personal flair, of course! At the end, we’ll come together for a mini show-and-tell to celebrate everyone’s unique creations. It’s hands-on learning, creative expression, and community all stitched together!
All sewing materials and tools will be provided for each class session. Students are encouraged to bring their sewing machine from home. All sewing fabrics needed for homework will be provided. Homework will be optional.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no makeup classes for tardy or missed sessions, so please be on time!

| Skill Details: | Ages 8 - 14 yrs Must complete at least 1 Beginner Level series but it is highly encouraged to continue at the Beginner Level for a full year before moving to our Intermediate Level. A Student must demonstrate a solid proficiency of the following skills independently without any assistance:

| Materials Included: | All materials needed for this class are included in the kit price. The kit is required for this class and will be provided on the day of each class. All materials needed to replicate the class project will be sent as Homework that a Student is encouraged to repeat at home independently. |

Cancellation Policy A Parent may cancel a class registration before the series started each month via email (education@urbanspools.com) or by phone at 214-324-5755. Cancellations with more than 3 days prior notice of when the monthly series starts may request a full refund. Cancellations received 1 - 3 days before the monthly series class will receive credit towards another class. Any cancellations once a monthly series has started cannot be refunded or transferred. Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.

We are now open for business in our temporary home approximately 1 mile from Mr Sewing Machine in West Dallas at 2936 Reward Lane. Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.
Phase 2: NEW Location for 2025

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you. We will keep you all informed with dates and details on our website, social media, and at our temp location so stay tuned!
