Each bobbin holds over 20 yds of 8 weight hand-dyed thread wound on recyclable aluminum bobbins. Each thread is made of 100% Tencel (Lyocell).  Tencel is a beautiful fiber made from eucalyptus trees using a non toxic process with little impact. With its soft handle, it maintains incredible strength for a variety of uses.
