The Great Outdoors was inspired by the simplicity yet wonder of the outdoors. Retro colors and imagery with a dash of forest creature humor were used to create this collection. This collection celebrates camping, exploring and slowing down. To help enhance this theme, there are two panels: a bear backpack and campfire set. There are also two quilts that spotlight the forest bear and camping life.

Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.

We are now open for business in our temporary home approximately 1 mile from Mr Sewing Machine in West Dallas at 2936 Reward Lane. Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.
Phase 2: NEW Location for 2025

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you. We will keep you all informed with dates and details on our website, social media, and at our temp location so stay tuned!
