Ghazal is the Chief Creative Mastermind at FIGO Fabrics. She completed her major degree in graphic design with a minor focus in media studies at OCAD University of Toronto. Before embarking on a new journey at FIGO, she worked for Northcott for several years as a marketing graphic and textile designer. Her design background combined with her true passion for textiles has led her on a dream path where she continually explores art and craft.

Urban Spools is Moving!
After 10 years in Casa Linda Plaza, we are moving on to a bigger and better location! But, this relocation will happen in 2 phases.
Phase 1: Temp Location starting June 1, 2024
2936 Reward Lane Dallas, TX 75220
We are now open for business in our temporary home approximately 1 mile from Mr Sewing Machine in West Dallas at 2936 Reward Lane. Here, we will continue to offer the products and services you expect from Urban Spools - Baby Lock sewing machines, modern fabric, patterns, sewing classes, longarm quilting services, and machine repair services.
Phase 2: NEW Location for 2025

Early 2025, we will open our new permanent home back in East Dallas. Our new location will offer more retail space, additional classroom capacity, and an overall better location experience to better serve you. We will keep you all informed with dates and details on our website, social media, and at our temp location so stay tuned!
